1. Information and purposes
We use listing information (business activity, professional contacts, location, photos and source) to present businesses. Suggestions include your name, email, proposed business and message so we can assess and respond to your request. Staff accounts manage access. Edit and moderation histories support accountability and security.
2. Reviews and public information
An approved review displays its author name, rating, text and date. Published listings and their contacts are public and may be indexed by search engines. Personal contact details from a suggestion are not displayed in the directory. Do not include sensitive information, information about others without permission or anything you do not want public in a review.
3. Location and URLs
The Near me button requests browser permission. You can decline and choose a city. Coordinates in the URL are rounded to three decimals; they still indicate your location. Shared URLs, browser history and some technical logs may retain them alongside search terms. Clear nearby mode before sharing a link if you do not want to share that location. The website code does not continuously track your movements.
4. Cookies and providers
Authentication cookies support account sessions. The current code does not integrate third-party advertising or audience analytics tools. Vercel provides hosting and Supabase provides the database, authentication and file storage. Resend processes email addresses and message content to send form confirmations and notifications; a private queue stores messages and their status. These providers may process technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, to operate and secure the service. Information may be processed outside your country depending on their hosting regions. External sites you open, including contact or map services, have their own policies.
5. Access and security
Suggestions and pending reviews are restricted to authorized administrators. Collectors can access information needed to manage listings. We use access controls and database restrictions, but no system offers absolute security. We do not sell your personal information; information may be disclosed when legally required or to address an incident or legitimate request.
6. Retention
Published listings and reviews are retained while they serve the directory. Suggestions, accounts, logs and histories are retained for follow-up, security and legal obligations, then should be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Backups may persist under provider cycles. We do not promise immediate removal of every copy; the operational retention schedule must be confirmed by the operator.
7. Your requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent or object to certain uses. Contact the operator using the details shown, including the relevant listing or review link. We may proportionately verify identity; do not send identity documents unless requested. Some information may be retained for legal obligations or legal claims. You may also contact the competent data protection authority.
